We aim to charge you as little as possible for delivery of our products, whilst not scrimping on service. We ship almost all items by courier which will require a signature on completion of delivery. All time scales are based on orders placed and cleared funds being confirmed.
In almost all cases we ship on day of order (order cut off @ 2pm Monday to Friday)

Credit/Debit Card transactions we will only deliver to the card holder's address, this is to ensure that security of the card holder and of course us as a company. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our security procedure, where funds have been taken you will receive a refund as soon as possible.
We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.
Please note that is your card issuer's responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date. If you have moved recently this may affect verification.
Our couriers deliver to mainland UK only i.e. where no body of water is crossed.
Smaller items can be shipped to anywhere in the UK via the postal service.
We do not ship outside the UK for web orders.
Orders are dispatched were possible within 24 hours of order day Monday to Friday.
The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
